Biography
Most people meet him first through a seminar clip — a large room, a raised voice, a crowd on its feet. The seminar is the format he is best known for, and it is the thing that built the rest: the coaching work, the books, the audience that keeps quoting him decades on.
Anthony Jay Robbins was born in North Hollywood on 29 February 1960. He works as an author, a coach and a motivational speaker, and the two books that carry his name furthest are Unlimited Power, published in 1986, and Awaken the Giant Within, which followed in 1991. Both sit in the self-help category, and both are still the titles readers reach for when they want the written version of what he does on stage.
His material continues to circulate through his own site, tonyrobbins.com, alongside the live events. The through-line across all of it is the same: personal change, delivered in front of people rather than only on the page.
