These Donations & Supporters Terms apply when you donate, contribute, support, subscribe, sponsor , or otherwise provide funds to MOTIVATION.GG.
Not a Charity Unless Expressly Stated
MOTIVATION.GG is operated by Redeyed Corporation. Payments, donations, supporter contributions, sponsorships, and similar transfers are not tax-deductible charitable donations unless MOTIVATION.GG expressly states otherwise in writing and provides appropriate documentation.
Use of Funds
Supporter contributions may be used for business operations, media production, website development, hosting, staff, contractors, equipment, software, marketing, content, events, creator programs, community features, legal costs, and general operating expenses.
No Ownership or Control
Making a payment, donation, supporter contribution, sponsorship, or promotion purchase does not give you ownership, equity, voting rights, management rights, intellectual property rights, creative control, guaranteed placement, guaranteed content, guaranteed response, or guaranteed outcome.
Supporter Benefits
Supporter benefits may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time. We may revoke supporter benefits for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or conduct that harms MOTIVATION.GG or other users.
Refunds
Supporter payments and donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by MOTIVATION.GG in writing. Refund requests may be sent to [email protected].
