POLICY USER CONTENT SPEECH SUBMISSION

These User Content & Speech Submission Terms apply when you submit speeches, videos, audio, scripts, written content, quotes, clips, creator profiles, speaker profiles, links, images, thumbnails, portfolios, or other materials to MOTIVATION.GG.

Submission Rights

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents necessary to submit it and allow MOTIVATION.GG to use it. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for: copyrighted works; music and sound recordings; video clips and footage; images and thumbnails; speaker names, voices, and likenesses; trademarks and logos; private locations; interviews; collaborators; performers; minors; third-party platforms or accounts.

License to MOTIVATION.GG

You grant MOTIVATION.GG a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, edit, trim, excerpt, adapt, translate, caption, subtitle, dub, synchronize, remix, publish, distribute, display, perform, promote, monetize, advertise, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your submitted content in connection with MOTIVATION.GG, Redeyed Corporation, related media properties, social channels, newsletters, sponsor materials, promotional campaigns, archives, compilations, and platform operations.

This license allows MOTIVATION.GG to use submitted content without paying you unless a separate written agreement signed by MOTIVATION.GG states otherwise.

No Obligation to Use or Respond

Submitting content does not guarantee review, publication, payment, credit, partnership, employment, sponsorship, distribution, promotion, or response. We may accept, reject, remove, edit, or ignore submissions at our discretion.

Editing and Presentation

We may edit submissions for length, formatting, clarity, quality, style, captions, thumbnails, sound, cropping, moderation, compliance, platform compatibility, or promotional use. We may combine submissions with other content, add commentary, add visual assets, add music where licensed, create compilations, or use excerpts.

Credit

We may credit you when practical, but we are not required to provide credit unless a separate written agreement says so. You agree that failure to credit you is not a breach of these Terms unless a separate written agreement requires credit.

No Confidentiality

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, unpublished, trade secret, or private information unless you are comfortable with us reviewing and using it under these Terms. Submissions are not confidential unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is signed by MOTIVATION.GG.

Removal Requests

You may request removal of your submitted content by emailing [email protected]. We will review the request, but we may retain or continue using content where permitted by law, where already published, where embedded in derivative works, where needed for records, or where rights were granted irrevocably.

DMCA and Rights Disputes

If you believe submitted or published content infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] under the Copyright / DMCA Policy.
