Terms for orders, pricing, physical goods, digital products, refunds, and chargebacks.
These Shop, Refund & Digital Products Terms apply to merchandise, digital downloads, paid content, supporter benefits, sponsorship packages, promotional packages, and other paid products or services offered through MOTIVATION.GG.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, fraud review, payment confirmation, and compliance review. We may cancel, refuse, or limit orders at our discretion.
Pricing and Taxes
Prices may change at any time. Prices may not include taxes, shipping, duties, payment processor fees, or other charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges.
Physical Merchandise
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss may pass to you when products are delivered to the carrier or delivered to your address, depending on applicable law and the fulfillment arrangement. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Digital Products
Digital products, downloads, templates, media files, courses, digital access, supporter content, and paid online features may be delivered electronically. Because digital products may be accessed immediately, digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, redeemed, or used, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page.
Refunds
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected]. Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may deny refunds for digital products, used products, customized products, sponsor placements, promotional placements, chargeback abuse, policy violations, fraud, or purchases made in error .
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access, cancel orders, revoke benefits, restrict accounts, or provide transaction records to the payment processor . Chargebacks should not be used instead of contacting support for a legitimate issue.
Sponsor, Promotion, and Placement Purchases
Paid placements, sponsorship packages, advertising packages, and promotional services are subject to approval. We may reject or remove sponsored materials that violate our policies, damage platform integrity, create legal risk, or conflict with our brand standards. Unless a signed written agreement states otherwise, sponsor and placement fees are non-refundable once campaign preparation, review, scheduling, design, publishing, or promotion work has begun.
